Job Brief

Blaze Smoke Shop is looking to hire a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. As the company's public face, the sales associate is responsible for dealing with all customer questions about the products and services we offer. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction promptly.

Responsibilities

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available
• Greet customers to the store and answer their questions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on the product.
• Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
• Recommend related products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping
  
• Maintain an orderly appearance throughout
  
• Research to keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store's design).

Requirements

• Retail sales
• Must be over 21 years
• Must have knowledge and previous experience with most of the smoke shop.
