Integrated Program Planner Manager (Level 5) with Security Clearance

This position provides planning/scheduling support for the ADP Special Programs by giving Day-to-Day direction to the Strategic Planning and Proposal Team. Exercise leadership on near-term to long-range Planning initiatives. Leads the team to provide integrated program planning as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis for senior leadership. Ensure applicable scheduling practices are actively coordinated, at all levels, with related functional disciplines. This position regularly interacts with the external customer, Program Senior leadership and Aero Function on matters related to program performance, tools, data, and EV compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing formal IMS and IPMR deliverables that meet DI-MGMT-81861 requirements. This candidate should be considered a "Subject Matter Expert" in Planning and Scheduling within the Defense Industry and have experience in all phases of the DOD program lifecycle (Prototyping, Development, Manufacturing, Sustainment) and Schedule life cycle (RFI responses, Proposals, Baseline, Execution, Closeout). The selected candidate will have the ability to perform and review the teams' Critical Path analysis on schedule networks and understand the impacts to the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). This candidate will provide guidance and mentoring to Planners to align to Industry and Lockheed Martin standard scheduling practices. ***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. - Experience with Scheduling Software (Project, SAP, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc...) - Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) - Experience in Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Program and Company Command Media • DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Knowledge. • Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications Skills. • Strong Presentation Skills • Familiarity with LM PPM Command Media, Experience with DCMA Earned Value (EV) Audits • Experience with Agile Planning
