Starting wage is $15.30/hr increasing to $15.84/hr + tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

The Food Server is responsible for greetingguests as they are seated,provides beverages and suggests menu items and takes food orders while providing superior guest service. Additional duties includeacceptingmoney and makes change, operates POS system and keeps the server station stocked and clean at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience is required


• Must be able to follow specific instructions with ability to provide excellent guest service


• Must have good grooming habits and manners


• Must be able to follow specific instructions


• Must have a valid Washington Statefood handler’s card

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours


• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds


• Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis


• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen


• Upon offer must obtain Class IIIB Gaming License ($155-$200)


• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
