Trip Services Digital & Operations Integration Manager

As the Trip Services Digital and Operations Integration Manager, you willmanage a small team who works closely with internal partners to drive the post booking digital strategies and focuses on the integration of existing and newly developed department initiatives into the operation. You willpartner with internal and external vendors advancing seamless Guest experience strategies, provide expertise while building brand equity. You will manage departmental communication assets and on the job training tools.

You will report to Manager -Trip Services Digital Strategy and Operations



Responsibilities/You Will:

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Monitor direct reports' ongoing performance, identify performance gaps, determine appropriate solutions, and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Develop and leaddirect reports so they canachieve successful personal growth and partnerships
  • Develop positive working relationships with functional partners
  • Develop new features to elevate existing resources, supplies and equipment that will benefit the day-to-day operation of On Trip Staff
  • Oversee training, technical, or other assistance needed byOn Trip Staffin their implementation of new applications


Brand Manager/Creative Design/Project Manager

  • Work directly with internal and Disney-approved external partners to design, create, and deliver high quality, Guest amenities and experiences
  • Manage contracts and POs for internal and external vendors, overseeing annual business rule and agreements
  • Project manage concept and content development of the pin collection, post-booking trip-related amenities, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
  • Consultant and influenceexternal partners so product offerings may be tailored to the business specific needs


Financial

  • Develop and maintain annual budget and monthly forecasts for elements directly managing
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are initiated for all relevant amenities, supplies and equipment
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that drive cost savings


Shipping Warehouse Management

  • Actively support and build relationships with key shipping partners, ensuring the timeliness of goods shipped and received


Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory management processes, including balancing stock between all trip locations and warehouse facilities


Technology Management and Support Services

  • Support Mgr -TripServices Digital Strategy and Operations, as needed


Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

  • Basic knowledge of Operations
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft 365 and Apple software platforms
  • Passion for innovation and emerging digital technologies
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues and problem solve without direct supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 and MAC OS


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of Operations experience
  • Knowledgeable of SAP and Casual Buyer responsibilities
  • Retail or merchandising experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and digital technologies
  • Experience working with digital platforms


Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
