TA599 - Internet/Web Engineer - DAY 1 ONSITE
Minimum Qualifications of Candidate :
The Department is seeking an Internet/Web Engineer with the following minimum qualifications (these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):
Bachelor of Science/Arts degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in administering and maintaining servers and FTP environments.
• Experience in developing advanced scripts for automation/data processing is required.
• Experience with FTP software
• Experience with developing advanced batch processes.
• Experience with Microsoft ADFS and Forefront Identity Manager.
• Experience with server environments and Azure Active Directory Federation Services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience developing in the .net programming language.
• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience testing batch processes, large data sets, or dashboards.
• Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing.
Deliverables/Task :
Assists in developing specifications as well as, overall planning and management of projects.
• Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provides monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
• Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate. • Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed. • Develops project plans and measures actual progress against the plans. • Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports. • Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. • Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. • Manages change control within the projects. • Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path. • Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
Note: The staff augmentation consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior leadership approval. Please ensure that your candidates are aware of this prior to submitting them for this proposal.
