Lead Line Cook

Libertee Grounds is a hyperlocal craft beer bar with Pan Asian eats and indoor mini golf. After a busy first year, we are seeking a Lead Line Cook, who has a high attention to detail, is a team player and can lead the kitchen line.

Our Pan Asian menu is revolved around showcasing authentic Asian plates and adapting pieces to shine in a bar setting. Candidates who are looking for upward growth opportunites (i.e. Sous Chef) and those who can execute quality and control standards are encouraged to apply as we shape our dedicated, passionate and welcoming team. We are gearing up to launch our brunch program, which is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn how Pan Asian cuisine can fit into a creative brunch menu.

Experience is required and knowledge of Pan Asian fare is a plus.
