A Word from the Owner

I believe in teamwork. There is no such thing as not my job. I have done every job in my restaurant and will not hesitate to jump on the line or wash dishes. I would never ask someone to do something that I would not or have not done myself. Therefore, we are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving and other major holidays I leave up to the staff.

I believe in balance. Your personal life is important. I never demand OT, it is always optional. I try to make sure you have at least one day off during the weekend. In 6 years of being open, I only had to tell someone no to time off once and we made that right by getting him alternative dates.

I believe in growth. Your growth is OUR success. We are a growing company with lots of opportunities. We promote from within.

I believe in fair compensation. My team members make between $12-$17 an hour depending on the position held. The more you know, the more you get paid. There is no waiting period. The quicker you learn, the faster your pay goes up.

I believe experience is NOT necessary. My very best people had zero experience. I used to be a teacher. There are things that I can teach and things that I can't. I can't teach a good work ethic. I can't teach common sense. I can't teach a desire to learn. Everything else is easy. If you have those 3 qualities, you will be successful here.

I believe in Aloha! That means a life of grace, compassion, kindness and joy. We don't do drama and I am very protective of my Ohana. We are looking for someone who would like to join us in living these beliefs. If you are that person, please give us a call.
