Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Provide vision, leadership, and management for all maintenance activities in the Laminations plant and Wauwatosa facility site.
- Manage to achieve safe operation of the facility and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of four maintenance, facilities and instrument technicians.
Activities (tasks, resource, outcome)
- Manage capital projects as required and ensure completion within budget. Provide support to the site engineering team, including project development and implementation.
- Develop and achieve maintenance team improvement goals and objectives in alignment with both Business and Plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute the strategic improvement plan for site maintenance including plant infrastructure, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, security, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
- Lead the maintenance team in safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, EPA and Bostik EHS requirements.
- Lead, coach, and provide training to assist members of the maintenance team in reaching their goals.
- Coordinate 3rd party onsite maintenance activities
- Develop and execute the strategic improvement plan for site maintenance including plant infrastructure, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, security, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
- Work within the Maintenance Budget while optimizing operations to reduce costs.
- Develop and manage the Critical Spares program in alignment with the business needs of the site.
- Analyze equipment failure data and revise the Preventative Maintenance program as required to improve safety, optimize uptime and reduce cost.
- Ensure daily maintenance activities are prioritized in alignment with the needs of Manufacturing and Planning departments.
- Provide troubleshooting support and guidance for the maintenance team including on the off-shifts as needed.
- Adhere to the EHS Management System to move towards the goal of no safety or environmental incidents.

Accountabilities (purpose)
- The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the site maintenance team to continuously improve equipment reliability and productivity at the site, while reducing operating cost. The job is critical in ensuring the site operates to all corporate and regulatory EHS requirements.
Qualifications / experience required
- Business / Engineering Degree
- Experience in Supervision and Management of Maintenance Operations
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
