Job Description
6am - 2pm
Full-time
$9.00 - $9.50 hour
- Must be able to work 6am - 2pm full-time.
- Must be able to worked scheduled weekends.
- Must be minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in dietary/healthcare setting desired.
- Servsafe desired but not required.
- Must be able to read and understand recipes, portion sizes, etc.
- Complete inventory weekly and ensure delivery of all items from weekly truck order.
- Must be able to prepare and cook a large amount to serve each resident in the facility according to specified diet orders
- Must maintain a clean environment in dietary at all times.
- Must be able to prepare meals according to menus, special diets, etc.
- Ensure residents are served 3 meals a day and 3 snacks per day.
- Must complete daily documentation of dietary.
- Ensure dietary equipment/appliance functions appropriately.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with staff, residents, and management.
- Ensure compliance with dietary according to DHSR.
