Job Description

CT-based Call Center looking to hire multiple Call Center Representatives in their Norwalk location.

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM...Norwalk, CT

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM...Norwalk, CT

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM ...Trumbull, CT

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM...Trumbull, CT

Shifts they are looking to hire for are as follows, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including weekends.

Monday through Sunday - employees will get one of those days off on the weekend and one day off during the week, so a total of 5 days within a 7 day period. You must be able to work any day of the week. This position is onsite, this is not a remote position.

In this role, you must have some customer service experience, be well-spoken and be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
