When tacos are the most important meal of the day, why would you want to work anywhere else?**HAVE FUN, MAKE TACOS**Our Service Managers are on the front line, operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. As a Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing food quality, development and training, Team Member scheduling, cash management and store maintenance. It will be up to you to ensure that operations are running smoothly while providing the Rusty Taco experience for our guests, focusing on guest engagement and satisfaction. If that werent cool enough, youll even assist with hiring, engagement and retention of Team Members.**WELL BRING THE QUESO, HERES WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE*** You know the business. You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations and have 2 or more years of previous management experience.* You have the education and experience. Youre a high school graduate or similar and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law). You also have a valid drivers license. Extra guac if youve had previous coursework in restaurant management.* You're Team focused.
