Claims Processing Specialist
Full Time Permanent Position
- Location: Downtown Miami Florida 33131
Shifts: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: Starting at $18/hour and open to increase depending on experience

Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish and English and Medical Processing Claims experience
Job Duties:
This position focuses to organize the daily operations of a fast-paced business line, to interact effectively with clients and providers, while in parallel performing administrative tasks and Logistics coordination for the Lat-Am offices, supporting the local Office Manager.
This position requires onsite presence during office hours (8 am to 5 pm), when required.
- Assist Office Manager with mailroom management, receiving and triaging mail, mail
- distribution, scanning & electronic filing, liaise with different departments.
- Assist Office Manager with outbound mail & UPS/FedEx coordination.
- Assist Office Manager with planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and
- conference calls.
- Assist Office Manager with maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Assist Office Manager with administrative and logistics tasks
Claims & Administration (70%)
• Assuring claims are processed accurately and timely
• Implementing and providing business reports
• Analyzing any claim trends or issues impacting the business
• Working with company and client management to address issues
• Organize to ensure that all policy and procedure are conducted.
• Program and communication activities including but not limited to meeting set-up
• Oversee Enter, Update and Adjudicate claims
• Oversee the preparation, edits and proofreads correspondence, invoices and related
material.
• Oversee in coding external billings, money received, and check requests.
Administration & logistics (30%)
Major Accountabilities
• Provide relevant and timely assistance to clients and providers
• Provide relevant and timely assistance to LatAm office needs
• Provide quality of service as related to role specific activities
• Proper & timely escalation of challenges (internal & external) or efficiency enhancement
opportunities
Major Challenges
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks when challenged with internal & external requests
• Understand complexities & confidentiality in assisting in specific projects lead by the VP of Operations.
• Some autonomy required in decision making in a fast-paced environment
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
• Fluent with Microsoft suite of products and adaptable to different tools and
technologies
• Principles and application of excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional written and spoken communication
• Team oriented, key player in successful running of Claims and Administrative tasks as well as office logistics
