Education and Experience Needed

  • 4-year college degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Prior software business analyst and/or business analyst experience preferred.

    Work Environment: This is a hybrid position, operating both in the office and on a telecommuting basis, based on the operational needs of the business.

      This position is responsible for handling, with care, quality, timeliness, and accuracy, inquiries from the company’s external business clients. This is an individual contributor position that is responsible for being a single point of contact for client inquires related to system functionality, account agreements, and other client business needs, always providing a white glove customer experience and exceptional solutions. The Client Experience Manager will also serve as a liaison and client advocate, interacting with the Executive team and other business units on a regular basis.

      What You’ll Do

      • Handle high volume, daily correspondence via mail, email, or phone, as necessary.
      • Nurture and develop long-term client relationships.
      • Organizes and plans client meetings in collaboration with the Executive Team.
      • Educates clients using various mediums including but not limited to one-on-one interaction or group presentations to maximize understanding and utilization of products and services.
      • Elicit and document business requirements for system, procedural or program changes.
      • Regularly extracts and interprets client data.
      • Compiles, organizes, and presents information in a manner that is professional, effective, and easy to understand.
      • Identifies trends in client needs and opportunities to update or improve procedures and works with the necessary internal parties to deliver solutions.
      • Prepares knowledge-based documents, ad-hoc reports, and other pertinent information for key stakeholders.
