Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join an industry leader in recycling and non-hazardous solid waste in the

U.S. This is a direct hire, remote capable role. The Digital Marketing Analyst, Customer Data is responsible for day-to-day

planning, development, execution, and management of Republic Services’ customer-data project.

What You Will Do:

• Maps self-service and customer experience business processes to define areas of improvement within the online experience.
• Gathers business requirements from functional departments to ensure that self-service experiences fully support the customer.
• Works with functional departments to collect and approve necessary content needs to update relevant digital properties.
• Plans, organizes, designs, creates, and implements projects to accomplish business goals.
• Provides business context for data team to determine how to clean, enrich and integrate Customer Data attributes.

What Gets You the Job:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Management, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of digital experience within a marketing or customer service role
• 2 years of experience with digital marketing technologies
• Experience process mapping and optimizing digital and non-digital customer touch points from awareness to retention
• Experience evaluating and managing vendors
• Experience with Agile methodology. Preferred experience as a Product Owner for an agile team.
