If you're looking for a long-term contract Senior Financial Analyst position , this could be the position in the Services field for you! This Senior Financial Analyst consultant role will our client's primary point of contact for all financial issues, including project spending, planning, forecasting and annual budgeting. The Senior Financial Analyst consultant will also perform analysis of the operating results and financial performance of core business segments supporting public reporting requirements, and provide decision-making support for future company investments. This Senior Financial Analyst will be located in Azusa, California.

- Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all necessary teams
- Assess and execute financial analysis in order to optimize business performance
- Power existing management reporting by evaluating financial results, distilling and synthesizing issues, and articulating key updates to senior-level staff
- Manage positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership
- Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to discreetly and accurately track financial results in order to drive improved management reporting
- Team closely with Functional leads by executing management reporting, advising in accounting and compliance, and ensuring operational initiatives are in alignment with each other
- Provide dynamic support for all ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating critical updates to senior leadership
- Highly-accomplished in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Operations finance experience should include 5+ years
- Annual Budget experience
- Budget forecasting experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- Ability to think critically and interact with management
- A BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or related field necessary
- Skilled at process reengineering and optimization
- Able to work across teams and gain consensus of a group of individuals
