Perform month-end closing process

Review work flows and drive continuous process improvements.

Acts as a change agent to increase operational effectiveness.

Manage accounting staff

Prepare monthly financial analysis per month, per region, per job

In conjunction with the CFO, address high-level financial issues

In conjunction with the CFO, Develop Annual Budgets/Strategic Plans and other Financial Forecasts

Participate in setting strategic direction for the organization and advancing the execution of strategic goals.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred

3+ years of accounting experience required

Demonstrable success in prior positions
