Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

With exciting growth plans, we are in search for a Senior Manager, QA to lead a team of over ~15 reports on site-wide QA activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Quality oversight for over 20+ programs and managing day-to-day activities of site-wide QA team.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities of site Quality Assurance Unit.
• As the QA subject matter expert, act as the key Quality contact for clients.
• Identifies, develops, and implements continuous improvement action plans to mitigate risk.
• Performs Quality System reviews and leads Quality System improvement initiatives.
• Manages Quality Systems ensuring timely closure of Deviations, Investigations, Corrective Actions, and more.
• Lead Quality team growth and development.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Science and/or Engineering (Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering preferred).
• 10-years of experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Minimum 5-years of Direct Management experience.
• Strong Quality System, Validation, Change Control, and Technical Writing skillset.
• Must be able to simultaneously manage Quality oversight for over 20+ customer programs.
• Experience working in a fast paced, highly regulated GMP/GLP environment.
