- Make an Impact! The AVP of Total Rewards will be an influential leader with energy and a creative and strategic mindset. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR, the AVP will successfully lead Main Line Health's Total Rewards team in developing strong executive and broad-based compensation and benefits programs to attract, engage and retain top talent.
- Develop and Grow your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part-Time status.
- Get Involved! The AVP will work directly with the Senior Executive Council (SEC), Employee Benefits Committee (EBC), and Board level Compensation Committee.

Experience
- 7-10 years of diverse Total Rewards experience or consulting environment designing company-wide compensation and benefits plans ensuring correlation with business strategy.
- Strong business acumen; a solid understanding of the financial, legal, and tax implications of the various compensation and benefits alternatives.
- Demonstrated agile experience and advanced project management skills.
- A history of successful interaction and influence with all levels of stakeholders including the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Tax Department, and other Senior Executives.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and continuous learning in the field.
- Proven experience in building strong consultative partnerships with diverse people across multiple functions. Must be a strong team player and collaborator.
