Housekeeping Supervisor



Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! You will perform a variety of cleaning, scheduling, ordering and supervising duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the cleaning schedules for the housekeeping department to maintain the high standard of living for our Seniors
  • Ensure a clean and healthy environment in both main living areas and individual apartments
  • Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place
  • Hire and train new housekeeping staff
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, reporting failures to Maintenance Director
  • Set inventory of supplies, place orders within budgetary guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Ability to provide three work references, pass a CBI
