Position Class: Salaried, Full Time with Benefits
Hours Required: 45-55 Per Week based on work volume and time management
Pay: 60K-65K Commensurate with experience

Description
This is a management level position in our Savannah Georgia market with multiple job duties essential to daily management of operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The Operations manager is responsible for leading the Crew Leaders and Crew Members in the physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites. Ensure proper scheduling of work based on customer needs and agreements. Deliver high quality customer service with that goes beyond expectations. Ensure customer billing is correct and turned into the administrative teams timely. Conduct inspections to ensure we are meeting customer and governmental standards. Hours are approximately 6:45am-5:00pm on Monday through Friday with with flexibility during certain points of the year.

Required Job Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
• Familiarity with Erosion Control materials, scope of products and services (preferred)
• Basic understanding of Netsuite for creating work orders and invoicing (preferred)
• Ability to manage time effectively and remain 2-3 days ahead on work requests
• Ability to work in both an office and field setting in a professional manner
• Must be an organized and efficient worker
• Must be a strong leader with experience in past construction management or like fields of at least 1-3 years
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to problem solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive and seek continued improvement
• Must have a valid GA driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements for past driving record
• Knowledge and use of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office 365
• Experience working with tools, vehicles, and equipment specific to erosion control (preferred)
Job Duties
• Manage and supervise employee’s daily schedule and operations
• Ensure employees are trained and thoroughly understand their job responsibilities
• Conduct weekly crew leader meetings, reviews, and counseling sessions as needed to improve employee performance and foster career development
• Ensure customer satisfaction through a service-oriented approach and controlled urgency
• Track quality control for services provided by riding all job sites at least once per week
• Find and cultivate new business to achieve weekly branch revenue goals
• Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner, via email, phone or text
• Maintain and submit logs for yard materials and equipment inventory weekly
• Ensure all vehicle and equipment inspections are being done at proper intervals
• Foster and maintain a strong relationship with all customer site managers
• Schedule all work requests from customers and create appropriate work orders
• Relay important information or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command
• Other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager
• This position is based out Savannah GA, some travel required
