Fabrication Tech/Assembler
- Participate in a production line, ensuring material, personnel, and documentation are all aligned to guarantee proper assembly, testing and shipment of systems.
- Validation of equipment and materials to ensure conformity of product
- Ensuring all production documentation is followed, maintained, and updated as needed.
- Experience with production / assembly of electronics and electronic components.
- Ability to perform cable dressing inside of racks or enclosures.
- Ensuring the equipment systems are built, connected and tested to drawings and current production standards, which may meet or exceed industry standards.
- Assist in the quality testing of equipment prior to dispatch to the field.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to follow instructions / checklists in a digital format
- Ability to work with others or independently, while maintaining a professional manner within a stressful and fast paced environment
- Ability to work with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to participate and work well in a team environment
- Working knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Experience in production of electrical devices
- Use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project, as well as the ability to quickly learn new platforms and apps, including those that are mobile based.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
