Details for the Customer Support Specialist:

  • Pay: $21.00/hr + Uncapped Commission
  • Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST
  • Remote: Must reside in Florida
  • Paid Training

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Support Specialist:

  • Ask appropriate questions regarding customer's benefits and complete data entry and/or appropriate forms to enroll, verify, and document customer's benefits coverage
  • Builds rapport with each customer
  • Educate customers on proper benefit utilization and guidance on the most effective plan usage.
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, quality standards, and sales metrics

Qualifications for the Customer Support Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other electronic application environments
  • 1+ year(s)of call center and/or customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience preferred
