TEST Lead

Primary skills/requirements

• 5+ years of testing experience
• Experience in Consumer Finance / Banking domain
• Proficient in testing managemnt tools like JIRA, HP ALM, QTEST, TFS
• Mastery of 2 or more of the above test types and a proficient competency level in additional 3 or more types.
• Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and lead a team of testers
• Knowledge on latest Testing methodologies like TDD and BDD
• Ability to define Testing Plans and Test strategy for Manual Testing
• Ability to define and drive testing by defining and maintaining scripts in Quality Tools
• Ability to extract business requirements from end users Educate and mentor testers to achieve testing goals
• Ability to run defects meeting and coordination on defect triage
