The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a positive, goal-oriented person who continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth. The ability to work through projects under minimal supervision is very important. The ability to anticipate needs, drive to exceed expectations, work efficiently, and be organized are all important skills for this position. Living in the Orange County area and willingness to be available occasionally for physical tasks as expected.

Position Strategic Focus:

Overall, the strategic focus of the executive assistant is to manage the calendar with high integrity and discretion and to fully allow the COO to focus on creating needle-movers and driving the vision of the company.

● Create and manage tasks the CEO has assigned to other team members

● Organize files and reference materials in accordance to the Company Records Management System

● Manage and prioritize CEO emails

● Manage and maintain CEO calendar and schedule meetings

● Special projects that may include research, data analysis, or creative briefs

● Document and distribute memos

● Create and distribute agendas for various meetings

● Schedule and make travel arrangements for CEO and occasionally for immediate family of CEO

● Assist in managing the CEO’s personal financial data entry reporting in coordination with an outside financial firm

● Assist in personal tasks and errands for the CEO and CEO’s family ● An ability to document and type at 80 words per minute for accurate for note taking and, at times, dictation

Do You Have This Past Experience?

● 3-4 years of experience supporting a C-level executive

● Worked in a culture that was fast-paced

● Worked in a culture where change is constant and rapid

Required:

●Candidate must live within 1 hour of driving to Orange County California

●Candidate must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated.

Compensation:

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary range is $60,000- $75,000 annually + benefits package
