Job Title: UX Designer / Product Designer

Project Overview:

Craft a seamless campaign creation tool for our partners that is intelligent and easy to use. Currently the tool is quite manual and unintuitive. PCO campaign management processes across PCO are largely managed in silos and require a tremendous amount of effort to coordinate campaigns across multiple surfaces. It is a critical tool for marketers and integral piece of the end to end workflow of creating monetization campaigns for our partners.

Overall Responsibilities:

Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing *** products and features. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1) attend weekly meetings, bring UX perspective

2) gather requirements and feedback from the team

3) create mocks and system-level design for the team

Mandatory Skills:
  • 8+ years experience
  • Able to work in ambiguity, create structure, timelines, create mocks, define information architecture, principles, delivering designs to engineers and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work in FigmaSolid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces.
  • Solid HTML skills.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.
  • Strong visual design sense.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.


Desired:
  • Familiarity with Saleforce integrations Work on Enterprise software
