Description: Do you like watching the satisfying cleaning videos on the internet? This may be the job for you! We are looking for an individual to help keep our campus clean and would love to have you join our team!

Duties:

• Cleans, sweeps, and dusts furniture and equipment.
• Collects and disposes of wastepaper and refuse.
• Mops, sweeps, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Maintains and sanitizes lavatories and rest rooms. Restocks paper products in rest room and lavatories.
• Locks and unlocks offices, classrooms, and conference areas in order to clean.
• Vacuums carpeted areas where applicable.
• Rearranges furniture to original positions in lounges and common areas.
• May shovel snow from doorways and sidewalks.
• Performs various duties as needed in order to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

• Ability to handle multiple events going on at once
• Keepin Forum spaces clean and presentable to the public
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to accuratly read and understand schedules, written materials, and instructions
• Ability to handle last minute changes and be flexible depending on client needs

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Excessive use of arms in a back and forth motion
• Excessive stooping and bending
• Exposure to odors, disagreeable tasks/conditions, and hazardous chemicals
• Climbing stairs
