Help Desk - Expert

The following tasks are necessary to complete the deliverables including, but not limited to, the following:
Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and abilities: Associates degree. One (1) years of experience in a desktop support role or related environment. Must have a CompTIA A+ certification obtained within the last 3-years. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Modern Desktop Admin Associate preferred. Has advance working knowledge and proficiency with Windows OS, MAC OS, MS Office, and ServiceNow. Proficiency in PC and MAC hardware and software to include Microsoft Office and related applications. Must type 25 WPM with 80% accuracy for recording incident information into a ticketing system.

Duration: 1 year + extension
Type : Onsite
