Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

The position requires someone who can effectively evaluate and respond to a broad range of maintenance needs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, tile, appliances, locks and keys, carpentry and drywall repair, etc. It is very much a hands-on position; it is not a supervisory job. The right candidate will be someone who is honest, self-directed, organized, able to multi-task.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Must have technical skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, locksmith, tiling, painting and other general repairs.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections and repairs throughout the buildings and keep a written log.
• Maintain, keep track and order of equipment and supplies. Must have own tools.
• Manage a work order system.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must pass a criminal background.
• Driver's License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
