The LPN is responsible for performing tasks under the direction of the RN and/or Physician in the Physician Clinic.
Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the RN and/or Physician.
Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week with Saturday rotation. Current TN or Multi-State LPN licensure. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. One year LPN experience required. Experience in Family Practice and/or Specialty Physician Clinic preferred.
