8 DIRECT HIRE positions available for

Mechanical Assembler (little experience required)

Hourly rate $19.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: M-Thursday 6:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Fridays are optional OT 4:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

High School diploma
US Citizenship is required due to the nature of work

Essential functions: (the list below is not all-inclusive)
• Work under direct supervision.
• All work is performed in explosive handling areas.
• Weigh and press inert & energetic materials.
• Set up and use powder press for pressing operation.
• Perform inert assembly operations.
• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Install sub-assemblies.
• Minor cabling, potting, tinning and assembly work.
• Uses visual aids, drawings and verbal and written instruction to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units. Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lb
Requirements:
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Will provide on the job training (OJT)
• Must have the ability to understand and speak English, as well as read and write in English
Preferred:
• Soldering experience
• Industry experience
• Ability to work overtime
