As a Solution Sales Associate, you will participate in the Provider Growth Development Program for 24 months to gain industry experience and aptitude for eventual promotion into a Solution Sales Executive role. This development program will be multi-dimensional, including ‘Experiences’ (on the job learning), ‘Exposure’ (learning from others), and ‘Education’ (training and education). Concurrent with on-going training & development, the Solution Sales Associate will support and contribute to our Growth activities and initiatives.

In your role you will:
- Support business development initiatives including outreach (via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to coordinate interactions between healthcare executives and our senior growth executives
- Provide account-based research support and build account plans in collaboration with senior growth executives
- Prepare materials for client interactions – such as agendas, presentations, proposals, etc.
- Maintain Salesforce – our customer relationship management (CRM) tool – data integrity to track key performance metrics and client interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Currently in final year of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree (or obtained degree no longer than 24 months prior to position start date, from an accredited college/university). Bachelor’s Degree must be obtained prior to start of employment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid communication skills, work-ethic, and achievement drive
- Desire to advance in a healthcare solutions sales career
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
