**Pop up COVID-19 Swabber

Job Description and Responsibilities


The duties and responsibilities of this hybrid role include, but are not limited to:


  • Assisting the COVID-19 testing site through active and proactive patient service

  • Greeting and registering patients at the Site and checking in pre-registered patients

  • Responding to all customer and patient inquiries via phone call, email, and any other method of communication patient reaches out from

  • Returning any missed calls through Call Tracking Metrics or any other phone call system

  • Logging into your unique employee login for Call Tracking Metrics or any other phone call system

  • Booking and registering patients in GoMeyra and adding to the Google calendar when necessary

  • Verifying patient information, insurance, and documentation to ensure accuracy

  • Maintaining full knowledge of processes and systems, and studying new training materials

  • Administering all COVID-19 tests and services-Antibody, Nasal PCR, Antigen, etc…

  • Collecting and labeling vials, running results through the Antigen and/or Antibody reading cassette or any other results reading machine

  • Communicating with multiple couriers throughout the shift and coordinating specimen pick up and delivery outside laboratories

  • Maintaining a safe environment, following infection control protocols and abiding by HIPAA standards and regulations

  • Traveling between clinic locations, as required by the business needs

  • Visiting schools, camps, hotels, and other business partners locations to create awareness of our Company and services, and built rapport, relationships, and presence

  • Visiting schools, camps, hotels and other business partner locations to administer COVID-19 screenings and tests

  • Running the in-house lab, maintaining logs, ensuring proper disposal of biohazards

  • Verify that the samples collected that are being sent to the outside lab contain the correct specimen, date, time and other sample collection identifiers

  • Sanitizing, organizing and cleaning the location after each patient; and at opening and closing

  • Ensuring all equipment is placed safely and correctly when arriving and leaving scheduled shift

  • Assisting Team Lead with inventory compilation, ensuring sufficient supplies and PPE are available

  • Stand outside the company van periodically to spark conversation with prospective patients and hand out flyers or information literature

  • Maintaining logs and spreadsheets by entering and tracking data

  • Collect payment and fill out a cash log.
  • Maintaining communication via the company’s chat and notifying shift changes such as starting/ending shifts, break, lunch, incidents, etc.
  • Provide pictures of the clinic at the start/end of shift as well as providing a recap of tests performed during shift.
  • Any other duties that are needed to set in motion the vision, and fulfill the company mission, and abide by the values of our organization
