Now hiring Project Managers in Welch!Trillium Construction is now hiring a Project Manager to work with an amazing non-profit organization in Welch, West Virginia!
Our client helps provide clean water to many Americans who don't have access to tap or toilet water at home. Come be apart of a fulfilling project!
This is a contract to hire opportunity working in Welch, West Virginia and traveling to different sites in McDowell County! Schedule is M-F, 40+ hours a week. Pay is up to $36 an hour depending on experience!
Duties:
•PM is responsible for overseeing and implementing program activities, budgeting, staffing, collaborating and coordinating with local government and water providers, external partners, and community members.
•Plan projects, build partnerships, manage talent
•Assist the CPO in developing the annual program budget update the budget on a quarterly basis; monitor expenditures throughout the year to ensure compliance within budget

•5+ years as a people manager required (candidate must be a good leader with excellent people skills)
•Preferred: Experience working in the non-profit sector
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred (no preference on degree)
