Field Superintendent

Job Description:

Imperial Homes of Naples, LLC is a custom home construction and management firm, specializing in luxury high-end projects in Naples, FL.

We are in need of a Field Superintendent with complete command of the Florida Building Code and a minimum of 5 years of SWFL residential construction experience.

Requirements:

5 years of residential construction experience

Familiar with Microsoft programs

Must have good understanding of local building codes

Must be a good communicator

Must have strong attention to detail
