Kitchen Team - Experienced Line Cooks $17.50+ per hour plus tips

$500 New Hire Bonus after 90 days of employment!

Pay starts at $17.50 per hour for those that meet the qualifications. Those more experienced will be eligible for an increased starting wage.

Langer's is open Monday to Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday 11am to 11pm, Saturday 11am to 11pm, and Sunday 11am to 10pm.

We are now hiring for Kitchen staff that want to work in a high volume restaurant. We are hiring for part time and full time positions! Starting pay varies depending on experience. If you are considering moving to a new kitchen, we want to speak with you!

You will have the opportunity to cross train on different back of house stations:

Line Cooks

Burger station

Fry and Salad station

Pizza Dough Prep

Dish Machine Operator

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be working with some experienced chefs and will hone your skills in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years of prior industry experience required to be considered OR year-round morning availability

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Sense of urgency, strong work ethic with a passion for cooking

Strong sense of accountability

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

UNIFORM:

Langer's will supply shirts for all team members. Pants are solid wash blue or black jeans or slacks. Slip resistant shoes are required and we do offer a payment plan with Shoes for Crews.

PAY AND BENEFITS:

The pay for this positions varies depending on experience.

All Langer's team members are eligible to participate in the employee discount plan featuring deals on food and free use of Langer's in house attractions.

Team members that regularly work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible to participate in Langer's benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

This position receives a portion of the tip pool.
