Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the iconic KC-46 tanker in Everett, WA. As part of the finance team, you will be an integral finance advisor to leadership, driving financial decisions and business performance on a high visibility program. You will interface with engineering, finance, and program leadership to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads, trains, mentors and guides other business/finance analysts with proven ability to collaborate effectively to lead process implementation and change across all levels of the organization
• Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains performance measurement baselines (including earned value management (EVM)), resource forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
• Builds relationships and coordinates regularly with program and finance leaders and stakeholders to ensure accurate expense projections, monitor cost for accuracy and financial compliance, and generate/brief weekly reports to IPT leaders
• Collects, analyzes and reviews complex quantitative data (from multiple sources) to report financial performance and trends with root cause variance analysis and mitigation recommendations to address key drivers of performance and develop corrective action plans as necessary with CAM & IPT leaders and finance leadership
• Identifies and quantifies significant opportunities and/or risks to achieving performance objectives
• Recommends & develops business cases and necessary action plans for strategic and tactical decision-making to achieving those opportunities or mitigating the risks
• Develops presentations and presents financial information to various levels of management, communicating effectively with all levels of leadership, and delivering key briefings both to customer and through the organization in a clear, concise manner demonstrating understanding of operational and financial performance
• Leads team in handling competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Leads and assist with continuous development and implementation of projects that that enhance the effectively of the finance organization. This would include Excel based process enhancements to better assist business analysts in their daily jobs
• Leads or supports special ad hoc exercises/projects/teams at the request of leadership
• Works independently and in team environments with a geographically disbursed team

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• Experience working with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and present actionable findings to senior management

Typical Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
