Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead the execution of off and online marketing efforts. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing lead nurturing activity, which includes the development and implementation of the direct mail and email campaigns for new leads, past leads and owners.

Responsibilities


• Own and manage lead nurturing efforts through direct mail and email campaign activation.


• Liaise creative development through partnering with internal and external teams to ready collateral for print and other means of disbursement.


• Manage social media accounts by developing content and engaging with consumer requests


• Budget management including weekly updates to management


• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data


• Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics by partnering with internal and external teams


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree required


• 2-3 years of marketing experience


• Experience with lead funnel management and activation preferred


• Experience working with Customer Management Software preferred
