Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing our Guests with a memorable dining experience and our Team with an amazing work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee Guest services and resolve issues "in the moment"
• Ensure a high quality of technical service from the servers, bartenders, food runners, and bussers
• Train and manage all Team members
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with Marketing, as needed

​Qualifications:

• 5 years previous experience in full-service Restaurant Management or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills as well as technical ability with POS systems, etc.
• ServSafe and Responsible Vendors certifications
• Can work evenings and weekends.
