Senior Manager Sales Operations

Alteryx continues to grow and evolve rapidly. The company is executing a strategy that embeds dedicated operational leaders in discrete Sales Theaters and major Sales Divisions. This provides tighter management of the business and helps maximize Sales productivity and efficiency. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Vice President, Global Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to work strategically and effectively in support of a Sales team established as part of a recent acquisition. They must be able to analyze and track all Key Performance Indicators then drive initiatives to identify trends and improve results. They will also help integrate and optimize processes and systems.
This role requires communication and collaboration with many teams and departments throughout the company. Ideal candidates are analytical problem solvers, strategic thinkers, process-oriented, energetic, and experienced working in a high-growth, data driven environment. The selected candidate will have strong business acumen, outstanding verbal/written skills, solid analytics abilities, as well as strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Resolute commitment to tenets of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
- Drive and facilitate regular team cadences: Forecast Management and Pipeline Inspection; Quarterly Business Reviews; Team Communications
- Reporting and analysis: insights and reporting for key stakeholders; identify reporting gaps then work with other Sales Operations teams to develop appropriate dashboard solutions
- Identify growth strategies/opportunities: marketing strategies; prospecting programs
- Annual Business Planning [in partnership with Sales Operations functions]; incremental headcount; bookings targets; quota-setting; compensation planning
- Monitor assigned budgets
- Support initiatives that will ensure smooth integration of acquired business[es]
- +5 years' experience in a similar Operations role
- Systems oriented with strong analytical tool skills; thorough Salesforce.com, Excel, Commission tools [Alteryx skills a bonus]
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with attention to detail
