Claims Licensing Specialist

Job Description

Description
Branch is on a mission to make insurance less expensive, so more people can be covered. We use data, tech, and automation to simplify insurance from start to finish — cutting out the long, bait-and-switch quotes and unnecessary costs in the traditional insurance process. Then we pass those savings along to our members. The result? Prices in seconds. Hundreds in savings.

But we’re not just changing the way home and auto insurance works. We want to change what it means to “work in insurance,” too. Restoring insurance to its original purpose — a force for communal good. Together, we’re getting back to getting each other’s back. The way insurance was always supposed to be.

Branch Claims
Our Claims team is our member's best friend on their worst day. Our energetic team works to resolve claims as quickly as possible with empathy and a commitment to ensuring compliance throughout Branch's resolution process. We're building a technology-first and data-driven claims experience to enhance client experience while eliminating traditional claims inefficiencies.

As a Claims Licensing Specialist at Branch, you’ll be supporting our claims team to better serve our members. You will be ensuring our claims licensing function runs smoothly, and adheres to all laws and regulations.

Branch is remote native, so this position may be located anywhere in the U.S. (although Ohio is strongly preferred) with occasional travel to Columbus, OH (HQ).

  • Above-market salary — Branch is a data-driven company. So we do the math on salaries, too. If you get an offer from Branch, you can expect compensation that hits *above* the mark.
