LPN / Corrections LPN

Dunson & Associates is seeking LPNs for Buckingham Correctional Center. The LPN works under the supervision of a the Health Authority/RN Manager, upholding the professional image of the Nursing Department as a role model & mentor for other disciplines. Utilizing knowledge base & experience, the LPN provides nursing care to inmates.

Excellent Crisis rates with WEEKLY PAY.

Shifts available are: 12 hr night shift and 12 hour day shift

Requirements: (Experience, Essential Education, and Skills Needed):

VA LPN licensure is required. Ability to: effective communication both verbal & written; participate an interdisciplinary team; utilizing knowledge of pharmacology. Competent with venipuncture, PPD administration and readings. Basic computer skills. This position requires a background check, security clearance, may include drug screening.
