Warehouse Coordinator
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator, for Kinetik will be a member of Kinetik’s Operations Support team at the company’s Diamond plant reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Maintain proper documentation of materials (COC’s and MTR’s).
- Shipping and receiving of materials physically and within company computer software.
- Deliver materials to remote locations.
- Perform inventory audits at central warehouse and outlying storage locations.
- Maintain daily forklift inspection reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a background in warehouse inventory processes with forklift experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, listening, verbal and written communication, networking & influencing. Must be able to work effectively in both “one-on-one” and team environments with the ability to communicate to multiple levels.
- Must have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging team dynamics and project schedules.
- Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking and able to overcome obstacles and adapt approach as appropriate.
- Must be able to respond to call outs after hours, on weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
- High degree of work and business ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Frequent Driving
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
