Classification: Desktop Support Analyst
Compensation: $30.00 to $33.00 hourly
Robert Half is seeking a talented Desktop Support Technician! This Desktop Support Technician must be able to relay difficult technical information to non-technical users in an easily understandable and concise format for a company in the Non-Profit industry. This Desktop Support candidate must have experience managing the Microsoft Suite of tools on the backend – working in the admin center to create users, groups, permissions, working with MS Intune (now called Endpoint Manager), the MS Defender security environment for MFA and other security related elements.

What you get to do every single day
- Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
- Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Proficiency in Audio Video
- MS Windows 10 experience desired
- Proven knowledge of Network Printers
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with Intune
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- 3+ years of desktop support or other related experience
