We are looking for dedicated caregivers that want to continue our culture of excellence and be part of our team in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac.

As a caregiver or CNA, you will join us as a Resident Assistant and be responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living while promoting residents' independence.

Duties include:

• assisting with medication administration
• monitoring, and documenting the wellbeing of our residents
• assistance with housekeeping
• cooking & laundry, and other duties as assigned.
