Responsibilities :
•Lead tactical insight projects working independently. Assist the Strategic Insights Director and Managers on mid-tier projects as needed. Complete market research project management (e.g., manage list requests, monitor data collections, obtain market research proposals, compliance review). Conduct analysis and create reports.
•Provide department support on key initiatives. Update and maintain project resources and execute on key initiatives relating to team governance, effectiveness and efficiency.
•Provide support in managing advisor and consumer projects through programming Qualtrics surveys (e.g., write, program, quality reviews).
Required Qualifications :
•Bachelors degree or equivalent
•Passion for market research and information.
•Minimum 1 years of marketing research experience with technical market research expertise in questionnaire design and data analysis.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently and manage multiple tasks.
•Experience analyzing secondary research.
•Ability to establish collaborative working relationships within the department and across the organization.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft office including PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications :
•Experience using survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics)
•Experience managing document library (i.e. SharePoint, Shared-drive)
•Ability to adapt rapidly to shifting priorities
