Customer Service Case Advocate
Community Tax, LLC is a Nationally known tax resolution services firm. Our Attorneys and Tax Professionals create life changing outcomes for our clients every day. We are seeking a career minded, dedicated individual to train in our Case Advocate position to assist our Attorneys and practitioners in ensuring world class service to our clients, as we continue to expand our nationwide presence, including our newest office in the Jacksonville. In this fast paced position you play a critical role as you train to become the point of contact for our clients, guiding them though the process, and coordinating the many services and workflows that are involved in providing quality representation to our clients nationwide. We do not require tax experience, as you will be fully trained and can grow as we continue to rapidly grow.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify you should have 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced office environment with a combination of detail oriented duties and customer/client communication, working with technology such as Microsoft Office, document management, case management and/or CRM systems.. Experience in an environment providing legal services, financial services, lending, insurance or similar professional services firms is a plus.
You do NOT need to have Tax experience, as WE PROVIDE FULL, INDUSTRY-LEADING TRAINING.

- Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be able to perform and provide results in a fast pace environment.
- Interpersonal skills - demonstrated ability to work with team members in a collaborative manner.
- Strong listening skills and both verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to show empathy to clients while professionally guiding them through our processes
- Experience working with numbers and understanding financial concepts
- College education with Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
- Bilingual Fluency English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
