Floor Manager
Job Description
Le Crocodile, a NYT-3 star restaurant seeks experienced FOH floor manager with extensive service experience as well as product knowledge.
The manager will lead the service team during meal periods. They will be a source of communication for staff, and must ensure that all service standards are constantly met. Like the other members of the management team, they will help with scheduling requests and changes, employee coaching, program development, and administrative duties.
The Candidate will be fully available and have 3 years experience in a similar setting.
