Job Description

Purpose

The Client Liaison is responsible for acting as a liaison between the client and Aldridge Pite staff, as well as handling tasks that may come due such as client steps, collection of any documents needed, approving fees, initial review of documents to be executed by the client, and any other varying daily operational functionalities. This would also encompass maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction through discussions, monitoring of client systems, and driving productivity of work for assigned client.

This position will include being remote and interacting with the client(s) daily, and having access to both Aldridge Pite and client environments. Additionally, this position should work closely with operations staff on both sides (client and A|P), and may require training within the firm on client specific directives. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communications skills, along with a solid knowledge of the industry. The Client Coordinator is a professional level position that requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.he ideal candidate will have experience on both the servicing and legal sides.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

  • Handles client tasks such as client system steps, fee approvals, collection of documentation, etc.
  • Review documentation for client execution
  • Facilitate with impediment resolution to move the pipeline forward
  • Serve as an escalation contact and ensures client issues are addressed
  • Populate items such as reinstatement, payoff, and judgment figures, as well as bidding instructions
  • Manage client expectations
  • Solicit client feedback on firm’s performance
  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship
  • Works to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring ongoing customer service
  • Drive more volume in new states and existing states
  • Build relationships with liaisons at clients
  • Maintain appropriate escalation contacts at client
  • Know and understand client directives or best practices inside and out
  • Achieve success on client scorecards and metrics/SLAs through day to day tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Highly organized with strong attention paid to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems
  • Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Able to occasionally work evenings or weekends in order to complete objectives
  • Ability to travel occasionally as position requires
  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • This position will be fully remote.
