Developer

As a Developer at eLogic you will work directly with customers as part of client engagement teams, assist the functional analysts in translating requirements into work items, work collaboratively with the project team and other developers, and directly impact the technical quality of solutions. From clients that produce massive robotic arms all the way to smallest microchips, to household products like windows and doors, we develop and enhance the software tools to help them drive their business forward. Specifically, this role will:

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, solution architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, SAP CPQ and related solutions.
• Actively participate in full SDLC activities and facilitated discussions with clients and project teams. Understand and communicate clients’ needs, project team goals, and individual roles in building custom and packaged solutions for clients.
• Supply estimations, status updates, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop configuration, custom assemblies, integration code, and data migration scripts.
• Develop system integrations, migrations, and web applications
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.
• Become expert in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, SAP CPQ and sales force automation for manufacturing companies.
• Gain certifications in the technology areas that you are qualified in.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar degree / experience

Sound technical skills in:

• C#
• Microsoft .NET Framework,
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript technologies
• SQL server
• Python

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

• Systems integration and systems migration
• Designing and deploying cloud-based systems
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
