PFR / Intercompany Planner CA

PFR / INTERCOMPANY PLANNER (CA)

Coordinate 3rd party purchases to support Tremco Canada sales and transact intercompany purchases for US and CA warehouses.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:

  • Create purchase orders for purchase for resale (PFR) products through Tremco Canada and coordinate deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Create intercompany purchase orders to optimize inventory levels of finished products (FP) between US and CA warehouses to meet forecasted sales demand
  • Communicate new quotes, pricing, or other external purchasing functions through the proper channels
  • Knowledge about purchasing functions and how they are transacted through an ERP system
  • Work closely with both external and internal teams to best manage open purchase order requirements
  • Ability to multitask to prioritize customer needs in a dynamic environment to execute on-time customer shipments
  • Familiarize with the commercial roofing market, seasonality, and sales demand

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-5+ years relevant experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, production, operations, or similar field
  • Proficient using Office 365 applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
  • SAP use and knowledge a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
